Training and Coaching
We have a number of qualified club coaches who provide group coaching/training as well as providing individual coaching support and advice.
There are regular, scheduled sessions for both swimming and running. Occasionally, during some of these sessions we provide film analysis and feedback.
Cycling doesn’t have regular, formally coached sessions but there are led-rides for different ability groups.
We also provide one-off training sessions (like bike-handling and transition skills) or short series of coaching (like open water swimming techniques)
As well as those triathlon-focussed sessions there are ad-hoc teaching sessions (like how to plan you training schedule, basic bike mechanics, group riding skills)
