Run

WE HAVE A COACHED RUNNING SESSION ON A MONDAY EVENING.

It addresses technique, stamina and speed.  It’s suitable for all abilities.

Details:

  • Monday nights 8:00-9:00 pm  (there’s a short Winter break during October / November)
  • Thornes Park Athletics Track Horbury Road Wakefield WF2 8TY
  • £4.00 to cover costs

Signing-on before the session is a crucial part of our insurance cover – it protects us and it protects you.  To make sure we can start promptly, please arrive in plenty of time to have signed-on and got ready for an 8.00pm start.

OTHER  RUN TRAINING

Like cycling, there are also group runs – road and off-road – catering for all abilities.  Some of these have a leader and are scheduled.  Others are ad-hoc and arranged through the forum.

Keep your eye on the forum and Facebook for them.  And make your own suggestions for runs – other members will welcome them.
