A cool start but great conditions and another fabulous turnout for today's Off Road Duathlon at Rabbit Ings Country Park.

Congratulations to all who took part, there was a superb battle at the front of the field...

Joe Howard once again dominated proceedings though he was actually pipped to the line by team Burn & Hinchliffe, fortunately +1's don't count in this race! Some great running by Oliver Glover saw him come in second with Mark Mills third. The first lady home was Angela Hannon-Flaherty followed by Sarah Ward and Helen Ilsley.
