Winter Series 2021/2022 - Event No.16 - Maria's 10k Handicap Race - RESULTS!

Some great running today at Pugney's, 45 members tackled the handicap race! Over half of the field ran no more than a minute outside their expected time and almost everyone ran within 5% of their projection.

First across the line was Zoe Hilton, followed by Andy Green, Michael McKinlay-Smith and Louis Neale.

​

The Winter Series points were determined by a combination of position across the line and the accuracy of the 'expected' time submitted in advance.

​

David Hunt was most accurate, only 3 seconds out, Polly Jeffrey was only 4 seconds adrift and Sarah Whiterod was only 6 seconds away.

​

The overall winner of Maria's Race was Michael McKinlay-Smith with Simon Shreeve in second and Oliver Glover in third. Well done to all!
