If you pay for a session via our online payment system but are unable to attend you can request a refund using the form below.
Please note that this is a manual process and therefore will not occur immediately, it is likely that refunds will only be processed once a week.

Any refund will have the costs for online processing deducted. This will be a 30p deduction.

No refund will be given where sessions are fully booked.
