A super sprint duathlon at the traffic free BKCAT cycle circuit.
Distances are very approximate, but are about 1500m run → 5k bike → 900m run
Each element is a number of laps greater than 1 - YOU WILL NEED TO COUNT YOUR OWN LAPS!!
This was great fun last time around and am sure that it will be again this year.
Bookings can be cancelled until 07:30 on 10/11/2026. Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the session start will not be eligible for a refund.
